Summer Picnics in Maine...

When at our summer place in Maine, I really loved re-designing things, but staying conscious to the Greek Revival period, and it was so charming discovering antique paintings in the town, that antique wooden ship in the photo...we would often just pick up lobster, clams, etc..,,other times we have had picnics with roasted chicken a lot...which for some reason is always exciting :)
and have a picnic outside or indoors...and also loved making big salads, with white wine vinegar, sesame seeds, nectarines...
